Consulting
Lauren and team can work with your business to ensure that the philosophy of CoPs is integrated into their HR, Learning and knowledge strategy. As consultants, we can setup coaching arranges, give advice and/or be staffed as a team member.
Lauren can work with executives and KM leaders to develop a strategy, re-organize a community operating model and/or play a role in the management team. Examples of this work can include:
- design the overall strategy
- work to develop a business case and ensure that CoPs are part of the corporate culture, performance management programs and business objectives
