Consulting

Lauren and team can work with your business to ensure that the philosophy of CoPs is integrated into their HR, Learning and knowledge strategy. As consultants, we can setup coaching arranges, give advice and/or be staffed as a team member.

Lauren can work  with executives and KM leaders to develop a strategy, re-organize a community operating model and/or play a role in the management team.  Examples of this work can include:

Lauren and team can design, develop and deliver Community of Practice Leader training workshops that introduce, reinforce and/or inspire community coordinators and/or leaders on the basics of CoPs and/or taking it to the next level.
